Are you struggling with depression, anxiety or relationship problems? In my 25 years of experience, I've helped many people with these and other problems. I specialize in working with adults, both individually and with couples. My approach is to provide a safe and supportive environment in which we work collaboratively together. This includes exploring your current problems and processing past experiences that contributed to the current issues. When people are freed from old emotional baggage, they are able to make healthier choices about how to live their lives in the present. I use an integrative approach based on psychodynamic principles, cognitive-behavioral techniques, attachment theory, and brain-based neuroscience principles. The goal of our work together is improved ability to manage your emotions, improved coping skills, better relationships with others, and increased self-esteem. My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, and builds on each person's strengths.
