Therapist Details
I provide individual and family counseling to adults, adolescents and children. I feel that in order for the therapeutic process to be truly effective, it is important to develop a sense of trust and understanding between therapist and patient. It does not matter if you are an adult or a child, male or female, everyone has a desire to be heard and understood. I provide a variety of therapeutic methods and theories to address various mental health issues: depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment issues, behavior problems, ADHD/ADD, self esteem, grief issues, substance abuse, martial issues, divorce reaction.
