Therapist Details
With an emphasis on Positive Psychology, I work with individuals, couples, and families who present with a variety of difficulties including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or the aftermath of a traumatic event or events. While I possess the ability to use a host of treatment modialities, I have received most of my post graduate training in Ericksonian Hypnosis, and its many off shoots, and EMDR. One of my strengths is my ability to connect with my clients. Adolescents, adults, the elderly, couples, and families have all felt equally comfortable and safe in my presence.
