Specializing in eating disorders, body image & weight/shape concerns, health and wellness, anxiety & mood disorders, and relationship issues. Dr. Samuels offers a relational/cultural approach in pursuit of living well and flourishing with the demands of the 21st century. Utilizing mindfulness practices, developing adaptive strategies to produce better health outcomes, within a collaborative approach, are key to our work together.
