As a dual licensed therapist, I thrive to provide quality and effective therapeutic services! I have over 15 years of experience working in various aspects of the mental health field. Within my practice, I specialize working with adults, teens, individuals, and/or couples which have Drug or Alcohol issues, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, life changes, and survivors of abuse. Throughout our therapy sessions I focus on a person's growth and self-actualization, I believe that in order for a person to obtain a healthy state of being, he/she must work on themselves as a whole not just their parts.
