More: www.clairefrederick.com I am an award winning "therapist of last resort" who often sees patients with long therapy histories who are still burdened by unacceptable symptoms. I often utilize Ego State Therapy, an approach that is often very successful with conditions that have been refractory to other treatments. Therapeutically I am humanistic, supportive, and deeply involved on a feeling level while maintaining strong therapy boundaries. I am an author/scholar/teacher, co-author of two classics in the fields of dissociation and positive psychology, "Healing the Divided Self" and "Inner Strengths." Effective August 15, 2014 my geography and practice emphasis will shift to consultations with professionals and programs, teaching, writing, and intensive Ego State Therapy.
