Are you tired of having low self esteem? being anxious? depressed? fighting with your family? struggling with something that is too painful to talk about? tired of being tired? I am here to help you! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with 15 years of experience in the mental health and relationship counseling field. I have practiced in both New York and Arkansas. My experience also includes working with LGBT clients and gender identity issues. I work with individuals and couples to help facilitate their journey and assist them in discovering what is possible in their lives. I focus on each individual client to effectively address their personal challenges in life and how they are experiencing them. Acceptance and understanding are crucial when working with people to help them begin their journey. I am known to be at ease and relaxed in my approach. I am originally from Iowa but completed my graduate work at Syracuse University in New York. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work and received a Certificate in Advanced Women's Studies (CAS) in 2001 while at Syracuse. In 2002, I continued my career by moving to Fayetteville, Arkansas.
