MY MADISON-BASED PRACTICE WILL BE CLOSING November 7, 2015. I AM ACCEPTING NEW SKYPE CLIENTS ONLY. I am honored and grateful to have worked with individuals and groups in Madison, WI for 15 years. In June 2016, I will be opening a wellness-based practice in Chicago, IL; I will be offering a variety of group and individual wellness services. With compassion and a gentle, yet direct style, I can help you to navigate painful experiences and emotions, to shift patterns of self-criticism, judgment and shame and to cultivate self-acceptance and desired changes in your life. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, illness, self-abuse, relationship issues, compulsions, eating disorders, and identity struggles as well as other lifelong/ situational challenges. I firmly believe in our capacity to heal and to know greater peace and joy. I offer individual, group and skype sessions.
