I have more than 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, groups and families. I've worked with clients experiencing both addictions and mental health issues, as well as clients with chronic mental illness and HIV/AIDS. I use mindfulness, expressive arts and cognitive-behavioral techniques to address addiction and mental health conditions.
