If you or your family are struggling to find direction, need understanding and guidance, and want to begin making positive changes in your lives, then I am the therapist for you. I have a collaborative approach and seek to empower clients so that they may find solutions to their problems. As part of the therapeutic process I hope to enable clients to feel more confident and secure both internally and in relationships with others. My clientele consists of individuals, couples, families, and children with a variety of presenting problems. I specialize in treating relational issues, major life changes or stressors, overwhelming emotions, parenting struggles, child and adolescent concerns, and others. My treatment approaches incorporate CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
