"Therapy is a journey one takes with a trusted professional who will walk side by side, at times guiding and at times following. There are no preconceived notions about this journey however brief or extended." These are the words I have shared over seven years of training young professionals. Though I treat all types of individuals, my area of specialty is complex trauma - borderline personality disorder, PTSD, self-harm syndrome, and dissociation. My methods of practice are influenced by cognitive behaviorism, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, and developmental/relational theories from the psychodynamic realm. Psychological testing/therapeutic assessment - My practice caters to those seeking more information about themselves or those experiencing an impasse in ongoing treatment with other therapists. Conveniently located in the Design District, my practice is easily accessible from many areas of Miami.
