We will work together to build a solid recovery and resolve your depression, anxiety, fear, anger, experience of being overwhelmed or relationship issues. People walk into my office for many different reasons and there are many different ways to address the problems that you struggle with in life. The type of approach we would use depends on what works best for you. Whatever the issue, we will work together to develop a personalized plan that will help you feel good again. I offer compassion, complete confidentiality, and flexible hours with the option of in-home therapy sessions. I specialize in addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and other obstacles that keep us from living a joyful life. I am passionate about helping people live their best life. Building self-esteem and stress management are two areas I have found when people enhance them they tend to enjoy life more.
