Our thoughts and beliefs have a direct impact on our ability to stay well, our ability to recover, and how fast we recover. I help you to build and focus your positive energy on finding solutions, rather than staying stuck in the problem. Our beliefs accumulate over our lifetime, especially early life, and are stored in our subconscious mind. This creates a filter through which we perceive our world. I use clinical hypnosis to create a bridge between your conscious and subconscious minds, bringing rapid correction to unproductive beliefs and thinking.
