Life's stressors and challenges provide us with opportunities for personal growth- psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually. We all want to be thriving, not just surviving or existing. Counseling can help you better understand yourself and equip you with problem solving skills which can be used to more effectively deal with these challenges. My goal is to assist you in healing, becoming empowered, and making changes. We will explore your beliefs and behaviors, recognize your strengths and internal worth, and develop better coping skills and solutions. Counseling helps you move through and resolve stressors with a new perspective, solutions, and plan. Client’s find that I am personable, compassionate, supportive, open-minded, and interactive. I have 20 years of experience with individuals and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, assertiveness, and personal growth issues. I will provide feedback, suggestions, and additional resources to help you relieve distress and turn this challenge into a growth experience. My office is private, confidential, and located at Glenwood Avenue and 440 Beltline. I attempt to provide evening hours and first appointments within a few days of your call.
