I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and I offer counseling to individuals, couples and families and Hispanic communities who are in need of mental health services with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and other life stressors. I can help you improve your relationships and communication with others. I have experience working with adolescents on issues such as anger management. communications and coping skills. I also focus on working with women victims of domestic violence who are struggling with shame and self-esteem. My goal is to help my clients find and reach their goals. I have an eclectic approach and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, and Solution Focus Therapy. I offer services Monday through Friday and late afternoons
