I have specialized training and certifications in Mind Body Medicine, Clinical Hypnosis, Behavioral Sleep, Stress and Pain Management, as well as Mindfulness-based approaches for assisting individuals throughout the lifespan in experiencing relief from chronic pain, illness, insomnia, depression, stress, trauma and relationship issues. I am also a nationally-approved Distance Credentialed Counselor through CCE. My graduate counseling degree is from the University of Georgia.
