I have a culturally and professionally diverse background, including an undergraduate degree and years of experience in engineering, and close to twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist, helping people achieve their personal and/or professional goals, develop a sense of purpose in their lives, overcome depression, anxiety, traumas and difficulties in relationships. I work with adults (individuals, couples, families or groups). I will do my best to carefully listen to you, to what you are looking for and why. Then we will have a goal and will be able to effectively work together towards reaching it. I work with Cognitive/Behavioral, Psychodynamics, Bioenergetics, NLP and EMDR . We may focus on helping you change thoughts and behaviors, reduce/eliminate traumas, and replace undesirable patterns in your relationships with more desirable ones. Yes, people do change. Every individual and relationship is unique. My focus will be on building a relationship with you that is effective in helping you reach your goals. I will help you eliminate traumas and obstacles and to walk away with a sense of independence, empowerment and purpose in your life.
