Thank you for visiting my profile, and I hope that you find the information helpful. For over 20 years my practice has focused upon: working with clients who are facing the consequences of their own, or their loved one's, disability or chronic illness (like brain injury, MS, cancer, or RA); working with clients facing depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder; or difficulties in relationships, self esteem, life transitions (new parenting, divorce, unemployment or retirement). Oftentimes, clients come to my practice because they are feeling overwhelmed, sad, anxious, or feeling like they cannot express themselves. Through the process of therapy, my clients find that they grow in their strength, their ability to handle life demands and crises, their ability to listen to themselves, and achieve their needs and goals.
