I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), systems theories, and art therapy techniques in my counseling practice. I believe that acceptance and understanding are the essential components of a strong foundation of treatment and an effective therapeutic alliance. My intent is to create a welcoming environment for adolescents, adults, couples, and families to facilitate their journey to a rejuvenated state of wellness. I treat depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relational conflicts, parenting issues, eating disorders, grief and loss, self-esteem and gender identity issues. Humans are wonderful and I want to meet them where they are to help them feel better faster. I am originally from Kansas, and completed my graduate education at JBU in NW AR. I have worked as a therapist for nearly a decade. I graduated from FHSU in Hays, KS with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Art; and I am grateful for it all.
