I feel grateful to work with a variety of individuals throughout their process of change as they gain stronger self-understanding and discover their inner strengths. I have special interest in working with adolescents and adults with issues including, but not limited to, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, substance abuse, self-esteem, trauma, and eating/body image concerns. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, placing equal value on the mind, body, and spirit as contributing to the well being of the whole person. I ensure a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment for people of all backgrounds and cultures. I also offer intrinsic coaching as a treatment tool throughout clients' change process and have special interest in health and weight loss/management coaching. I feel that all individuals have the ability to empower themselves to live healthy and productive lives, and I am excited and honored to embark with you on this exciting journey through your process of growth and self-discovery!
