Hello there! To start, let me tell you that I know this step is not the easiest. In the 15 years that I have been in the mental health field, I have come to learn that sometimes reaching out for a helping hand is the hardest part to feeling better. Whatever unique situation might have brought you to look for help; marital or divorce issues, conflict resolution, career changes, parenting concerns, a recent change in circumstances, low self esteem or body image, depression, or anxiety/stress, there are ways that counseling can help you or someone you love. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family mediator, and a trained Parent Coordinator. I have a long history of experience helping individuals, couples, and families gain insight, resolve conflict, and move forward to a happier, healthier future.
