I counsel clients battling anxiety, depression, OCD, family of origin issues, relationship building and spiritual issues. For women, I work with women facing anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I also offer counsel for spiritual and singleness issues and stress management. I offer premarital counseling, marital assessment and counseling, relationship building for early marriage and for those with a newborn. Parenting help.. As a family practice therapist, I counsel people at all stages of life, through transitions and with a variety of life issues. I use cognitive behavioral and insight oriented therapy. I use Play Therapy with younger children. For couples, I practice both Emotion focused couples therapy and Gottman Method therapy..
