The goal of my practice is to take a holistic approach in assisting adults and children as they face any number and nature of challenges. Counseling, or therapy, is a collaborative process within an alliance between client and counselor that is based upon trust, mutual respect, and the pursuit of change. As your counselor, my role is to challenge and encourage you as we navigate your personal path to hope, insight, and change. I specialize in therapy with adults and older teens (16 and up) who are experiencing various challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, traumatic events, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, stress, and adjustment to major life transitions (e.g, marriage, divorce, loss/grief, career, college). Our work together in therapy will integrate many therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your individual needs and pace. Through the uses of creativity and collaboration, I help clients to pursue full, free living and positive change.
