I will assist you in living authentically, using life's obstacles as catalysts for growth, clearing stuck patterns, and consciously creating a fulfilling vision for your life. I offer an empowerment-oriented, wholistic, body/mind/spirit approach to your growth and healing. Any symptom, such as stress, anxiety, depression, failed relationships, and even illness can become the doorway to restoring balance, wholeness and a transformed life. I work with adults, from 18 on, and I particularly love empowering women. My therapeutic approach is an blend of deep compassionate listening; "energy psychology" such as the Emotional Freedom Technique; accessing client's own body wisdom and spiritual dimensions of growth, and conventional therapy. My perspective from over 25 years as a therapist, is that we are all on a journey back to wholeness. As we heal individually and create our personal transformation, this contributes to the collective healing and "upgrade" of all humanity. So making your world better helps make the whole world better!
