My passion is to help hurting people understand that they have a unique story, and to walk alongside clients, assisting them in facing their wounds that they might embrace healing and live life fully. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Tennessee and treat individuals, couples and groups. I work with both genders and welcome any faith background. My approach is to assist people in attaching fully through Affect Focused Therapy, teaching them to step into healthy and safe community, while diminishing the shame messages that keep them isolated, depressed and alone. I am also trained in EMDR and assist people in working through trauma.
