In addition to my credentials as a therapist, I am a certified yoga teacher with 12 years of experience in yoga and meditation practices. I can competently guide you in the evidence-based mindfulness techniques that can provide a key to setting one free from emotional turmoil and mental roadblocks. Currently, I am taking individual adult clients (18 and up) with issues such as bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, co-dependency, childhood trauma and abuse, divorce, anger management.
