Pat Meier

I work primarily with women who are going through a major life transition such as divorce, career change and preparing for retirement. They want support in moving through the change and see this as an opportunity to reinvent themselves, to be more authentic and living on purpose. My ideal client values self-growth and sees the tremendous value of investing in them self in order to create a meaningful and happy life. They understand the concept of 'doing the inner-work', are willing to fully commit to the process self-growth, even when uncomfortable, because the results are powerful. I specialize in helping clients move through the stuck emotions that keep them from moving forward, to a place of personal power where they are more connected to their authentic self. They discover what they like and value, relating with themselves, then others, in a more powerful and intimate way. My spirituality has influenced my work a great deal, as well as the clinical and coaching expertise I've developed over the years. Some tools I use to help my clients thrive are: meditation and relaxation techniques, effective communication and problem solving skills, awareness practices and the use of creativity.
