Balance and meaning are important aspects to living a healthy life. Sometimes a person may find themselves feeling stuck in the past or having difficulty understanding their reactions to certain experiences in the present, ultimately disrupting balance. Through my therapeutic approach, I aim to aid clients in making the connections between past and present, increasing understanding and decreasing the negative impact that can leave a person feeling stuck in the past and resulting in such issues as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, intimacy difficulties, parenting problems and/or a variety of other issues. *Evening and weekend appointment times available.* Walking with clients through their healing process I have learned the importance of connection and belonging on a person's sense of self. No matter the issue, the common goal has been to heal from adverse experiences so relationship and connection with others and with one's self can occur. It is my intention to aid in cultivating understanding and clarity for each of my clients. Each person's story is unique.
