My mission is to help individuals grow personally and professionally through a journey of self-actualization and discovery. The belief that each individual embodies the capabilities and possibilities that will move them to a more advanced or effective state of being. I walk along side my clients as they embrace change and self- awareness. I work with individuals to rediscover their voice, personal and professional identity as we are working through life transitions. I help individuals discover meaningful work through career planning. I also specialize in building awareness around mental health awareness in the faith community. As a counselor and coach, I utilize a humanistic approach by building a therapeutic relationship through unconditional positive regard, congruency, and genuineness. I understand that there is not one treatment model or modality that fits every client and each clients has strengths they bring to the therapeutic relationship. As a consultant, I have a heart for the helping professional. I work with other professionals to build their personal and professional brand. I also specialize in building awareness about mental health issues that impact the faith community. Finally, I provide clinical supervision to individuals seeking licensure.
