My name is Thomas Cordier, PhD. In my practice, New England Center for CBT & Medication Management, we specialize in the treatment of all types of Anxiety and Depression Disorders using a special technique called Interpersonal Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). We have a very high efficacy ratio. To date we have successfully treated thousands of individuals and families! My staff of Psychotherapists are trained rigorously to deliver I-CBT correctly. Training is continuous. In addition, we meet weekly as a team to be sure we are as effective as we can possibly be. Our goal is to get you to your goal! When working with Children/Adolescents & Families, we use the I-CBT Family Systems method. The treatment plan consists of the Parent(s)/Guardians learning I-CBT & behavioral techniques, child attends sessions with therapist. Depending on diagnosis they may be assigned a group, or an additional evaluation by our on staff APRN. I-CBT is a validated, Evidence Based Systems Method unique to only NECBT. Each patient works weekly with a therapist. In fact, a patient's trust with the therapist is one of the key ingredients to success. Be sure to read our testimonials. Call us when you are ready!
