I will facilitate your journey to self empowerment. Do you feel overwhelmed? Have you read the self help books and feel you know what you are struggling with, but feel you keep hitting an impasse to inner peace. Together, we can begin the integration of what your head "knows," with the information from your body and spirit. I serve as your guide while you look at your strengths; develop your inner voice; and recognize or restore your personal gifts. I use Experiential, Somatic, Hypnosis, and intuitive methods which can include art, journaling and Energy work. My Auric and Kabbalistic Healing backgrounds help me hold the space while you process issues, develop your authentic self, and/or search for a life path which better resonates with you. I am passionate about human, and especially women's empowerment. This extends to women who struggle for harmony between the different cultures in their family, work, school, or hearts. Sub-specialties include coping and finding peace within the areas of Cancer Survivorship, Lymphedema, Depression, and ADD.
