Change can be exciting...and scary. Finding the right person to assist you through the change is important. I can help you deal with issues of anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, relationship conflicts, or ADHD. Using play therapy, energy psychology techniques, mindfulness, trauma focused CBT and family systems therapy I can guide you to a more peaceful and self-fulfilled place in your life. I have worked with children, adults and families for 15 years. Children struggling with behavioral issues, parents concerned about their ability to successfully guide their child to adulthood or families unable to effectively communicate all offer opportunities for growth.
