I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with life issues particularly anxiety, depression and trauma. Together, we examine areas of struggle or "stuckness" and identify new ways of being more engaged and effective in relationship with others and ourselves. Treatment modalities range from short-term brief, CBT, and problem-focused dynamic therapies to longer-term analytic work. For individuals seeking greater self-growth, I am a fully-trained and certified Jungian psychoanalyst and use dreams and active imagination to identify unconscious material that may lead an individual to a greater sense of life fulfillment and ultimately joy! My approach is to find where you might be struggling or "stuck" and help you find new ways of managing life issues and access to your own inner resources. Treatment modalities range from short-term problem-oriented therapies as CBT and psychodynamic therapy to more long-term analytical work. I have a specialty in Jungian Analysis which focuses on helping people become more related and involved in love, work, creative endeavors and/or a deepening of spirituality. In short, this is the Individuation Process which is a holistic approach to more lasting human development including mind, body and soul.
