Life can be difficult at times and sometimes thinking can get bogged down by outside influences or past trauma bringing forward movement to a halt. My counseling services help you redirect your thoughts and energy to help you break out of the rut and move forward. As a therapist I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, and other mental disorders. I specialize Narrative Therapy and a form of Hypnotherapy in which you stay lucid while in an alpha state. This therapy allows you to make adjustments to your life story and change limiting beliefs. I work with person in environment, which means that health and contentment come from within but are greatly influenced by the environment of the person. My goal is to help people identify and use their innate strengths to create a supportive healthy environment.
