Many of us have written the script of our lives through the lens of hurt, pain, and wounding.We have allowed life experiences and past relationships to determine what we believe about our life and ourselves.I would like to help rewrite the script to include life, laughter, and love and to chart a future course for renewed hope. My focus is not on problems in the present but on opportunities for change in the future..Seize the day to chart a new course!. I like to incorporate Positive Psychology into my work that focuses on strengths, adaptability, and creating meaning and purpose for one's life. The focus includes self assessment of life satisfaction and happiness and the strengthening of mind, body, and relationships. It encourages finding and living your passion. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and teens. I have a background in working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, domestic violence, sexual and physical abuse. My methods for counseling include: insight-oriented, cognitive-behaviral, guided imagery and healing prayer, I have worked in the Michiana area for over 25 years.
