I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Appleton, Wisconsin. As a general practitioner I treat individuals with concerns including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, life transitions, attachment and women's wellness needs, as well as parent/child, couple and family relationship issues. I also have extensive experience in crisis intervention and victim practitioner training. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, guided imagery, strategies of mindfulness and relaxation techniques. I am also trained in levels 1 & 2 of EMDR which can be an extremely effective treatment for resolving many emotional and behavioral difficulties. My focus is on creating a comfortable and therapeutic environment where you are empowered to make positive changes within your life.
