We live in a time of rapid change and are constantly faced with challenges of balancing our lives which can so often affect our overall well being. My strength as a therapist is the ability to offer genuine individual care through a client-centered and supportive setting. My goal as a therapist is to help you realize when your circumstances make you feel out of control, there is hope. Hope in recognizing that we can find ways to respond to difficulties in a positive way. I have 10 years of experience in supporting clients with a wide range of issues which include but are not limited to: Addictions, Adolescent Behavioral Concerns, Anger Management, Grief and Loss, and Relationship Concerns/Conflict.
