During my experience working with my clients I came to believe that human nature has an intriguing dynamic that is complex and wired with inner circumstances and external interactions. I believe that each person has an unique identity that is in constant development while interacting with oneself, others and the world. My clinical approach believes that the person has an intrinsic tendency to pursue self-growth. In my view, the person is in constant search for inner balance and for personal safety. I am specialized in EFT - Emotion Freedom Technique - is an energy psychology technique based on principles of Chinese acupuncture. EFT stimulates certain meridian/energy points on the persons body while they talk about the issue. Imago Therapy, Emotion Focus Therapy, Encounter Centered Therapy. breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation. Humanism is a non-directive and an empathetic approach that brings to the client better self awareness and inner understanding. In my view, when a client recognizes and accepts who he/she is and express true feelings, the process of self-discovery becomes fluid, dynamic and the change will happen naturally :)
