Eric Thurmond is a Licensed Professional Counselor and native to the state of Georgia. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Piedmont College and his M.S. in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University. He has practiced as an outpatient therapist for the last 5 years and has over 13 years of experience in the behavioral health field, working with child, teen, adult and senior-adult populations alike. It is his goal to provide the highest quality counseling services available for those looking for a thought-provoking and informed Christian perspective of hope and healing. Eric has served in community mental health and private group practices over the years, working under the supervision of some of GA's most recommended child psychiatrists and geriatric psychiatrists. Specialties include: marriage/family therapy, defiant teens, anxiety, depression and anger management. Personal Bio: Eric is a follower of Christ, a husband and father of 3 rambunctious kids. He enjoys family trips, playing the guitar, mountain biking, and serves as a minister of music at his local church.
