My focus is to provide my clients with a safe and healing therapeutic relationship where they can develop a deeper understanding of their troubles and feel empowered to make lasting changes to their lives. I can help you through hypnotherapy, creative visualization, meditation and mindfulness, as well as through direct therapy methods. Whether it is stress relief, to stop smoking, relationship issues, trauma, loss, fear or anger management, spotting and dispelling limiting beliefs, addictions, weight loss, or finding your life's purpose and looking at where you are today, and where you want to be tomorrow, I can help. Together we can make desired life changes. With practices like Meditation and mindfulness, or with modalities such as hypnotherapy, and creative visualization methods that are designed to enable a purposeful, balanced and happy life, we can realize our limitlessness. Being an ordained minister (Buddhist) has provided me with a non judgmental view of peoples situations seeing each individual as being unique with the understanding that no one method of healing works for everyone. There are challenges in life and I look at what can best help each person.
