Villa Ladera The Villa Ladera Residential Center is an eating disorder treatment program for adults and teens. The comprehensive program is conveniently located on a private luxurious 5 acre estate in the rolling hills of Placer County. Sacramento, Roseville, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Lincoln, and Rocklin are located only a short distance away. This program offers 24-hour care 7 days per week for individuals suffering from Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge eating, and other related eating disorder behaviors. No more that 10 residents shall be housed at Villa Ladera, and both private and semi-private rooms are available. Our Exclusive Treatment Promise Daily intensive group and individual therapy are provided at the Aspire Wellness Center located a short 10 minutes from Villa Ladera, with a multidisciplinary staff of eating disorder experts coordinating care under the leadership of Dr. Chassity Angeny, Clinical Director. Average program length is 60 days, however all treatment plans are customized for each individual so program lengths can vary. Less intensive care is encouraged following residential treatment at Aspire Wellness Center. Graduating participants receive lifetime aftercare support, which involves access to weekly aftercare groups led by licensed counselors exclusively for Villa Ladera alumni. Experiential Therapies Experiential therapies such as Dance Movement, Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, Qi Gong, and Equine Assisted Therapy at a nearby ranch, as well as weekly Family group and individual psychotherapy are provided on a regular basis.
