Assisting people in their quest for mental and emotional health has been my life's work. I have been in private practice in Las Vegas for over 30 years. Major areas of expertise are in relationship counseling and general assistance with life's issues, including anxiety and depression. I see a variety of people: adults, children, teenagers, young adults, and the geriatric population. Individual, couple, and family therapy are available as well as groups as they are formed. I enjoy working with entire generations of families: not only couples and parents, but conjointly with their children and other relatives, reaching into the larger picture of family dynamics. Also, I have experience with small businesses, usually family businesses, experiencing internal conflicts. I employ a psychodynamic approach and mostly gestalt therapy techniques are used. Being true to oneself without harming others is a special focus of mine in all methods of therapy. Although I do speak Spanish, I feel more comfortable if a patient speaks both English and Spanish, as some of the more subtle issues of the therapeutic process demand deep understanding.
