My work is about helping you realize your true potential so you can live your life with more awareness and less suffering. I believe when life presents us with challenges therein lies the opportunity for transformation. Feeling disconnected from your loved ones, overwhelming feelings of sadness, wanting to isolate, rage, constantly preoccupied, beating yourself up, anxiousness and grief can be seen as opportunities to begin to develop insight and a deeper understanding of who we really are. I work with you to understand the cause of your discomfort and suffering and create an individualized plan that will engage your mind, body, and soul in order to heal, promote and establish well-being. I have been effectively using mindfulness based techniques to help many people realize their potential.
