Whatever your circumstance or problem, my only goal is to get you where you want to be. Know that you don't have to live like this. Even if you don't feel it, know there is hope. My job is to help you realize this. My ideal clients tend to fall into one of three categories: children, teenagers, and those who feel without hope. If you feel like your child or teenager is experiencing things you do not understand and are frustrated with knowing what to do, I can help. Problems with friends, conflict in the family, and depression/anxiety symptoms are treatable through therapy. Addressing issues now will prevent problems in the future. In addition, I specialize in working with those who feel like they are out of place in their lives. If you feel isolated, depressed or anxious about areas of your life, I provide a judgment-free space. There is hope in knowing you are not alone.
