Helping people recognize & develop their strengths, improve their relationships, and resolve situations or issues that may be hurting them is my primary goal. Helping military spouses & their families thrive within the culture of military life is key to my practice. A wealth of life experience combined with clinical training & expertise give me a deeper understanding of the needs of my clients. Building a comforting, encouraging therapeutic relationship with warmth, compassion, and a down-to-earth approach in a nurturing, non-clinical environment is my foundation for helping people and families achieve positive growth and change. My practice focuses on helping people understand & resolve emotional distress due to relationship problems, life changes, career issues and/or the lingering impact of life experiences. Additionally, having previously been a military spouse for 12 years, I have a unique insight into how to best help military families thrive. Healing the hearts of individuals, couples and families is at the heart of my practice. I love to support & help people build and nurture healthy, positive relationships, resolve painful issues in their past or present, and identify what they want in their lives and how they can make it happen.
