My experience working with children, teen, and adult individuals includes developing coping skills to battle anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, behavioral problems, and a variety of other issues. In working with couples, sessions are focused on re-establishing a connection between loved ones and building communication skills. In family sessions, often times the goal is to reduce the stressful and chaotic feelings that accompany many families. In working with individuals, couples, and families, I am able to assist in alleviating stress during your difficult time. My job as your therapist is to facilitate a safe environment where you can begin working toward the change you desire. My personal model for conducting therapy includes developing insight into yourself and your situation, and eliciting emotional experiences that will motivate you to apply yourself on your journey to change. In collaboration, we can work toward your desired goals.
