The degree to which one has the need for change in their life is the best indicator for growth in psychotherapy. When I am working with a child, adolescent, or adult with a strong desire for change it naturally leads to a richer therapy experience and positive impact on their life. Through developing insights about oneself and building new coping skills in a supportive environment, old patterns that no longer work can be changed and what were problems in living become foundations for a healthier life. I specialize in providing individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other psychological concerns. I also have extensive experience treating children and adolescents presenting with various clinical diagnoses ranging from ADHD, depression, and anxiety to severe conduct and mood disorders. Other services that I offer are administering forensic psychological evaluations and functional assessments to children and adolescents.
