I consult with individuals, couples and families. People seek me me out for help with depression, anxiety, loss of meaning, job stress, trauma-recovery and for personal and professional development. Most of the people who come to see me are experiencing difficulties in an important relationship. Many (but not all) of my clients are interested in integrating their spiritual resources with their therapy. My clients come from all walks of life. My goal is to create with you a space of confidentiality and safety in which healing and growth occur as your mindfulness increases. I look forward to meeting you.
