One of the most valuable gifts one can give themselves, is self-awareness. I acknowledge that a decision to come into counseling is a courageous act and I am committed to meeting the client where you are in your personal journey through compassion and in a non-judgmental way. I enjoy working with clients of all ages but have specific experience with children, adolescents, and family therapy. I aim to help clients and families through a collaborative process focusing on the inherent strengths we all posses. I work with: stress and anxiety due to life transitions, parent-child relationships, divorce, parenting, family conflict, depression, and life coaching. My approach to counseling is through family-systems theory, Adlerian psychology, and holistically from a mind-body connection framework.
