I wanted to provide counseling to individuals who would not normally seek out counseling. Clients who are unable to financially afford to attend counseling or are uncomfortable being seen in an office environment. It is therefore, my commitment, to help any and all people regardless of their circumstances. I chose to focus on Bereavement and Grief Counseling. I developed an ease in the specialty during my internships which focused on bereavement and trauma; I discovered an ease in the ability to help individuals who had experienced the loss of loved ones; simultaneously I felt reward and fulfillment within. As a Veteran of over 22 years in the military, my practice seeks to provide service to every human being who requests assistance. In order to provide affordable and convenient service, Healing Foundations In Home Counseling provides counseling within the home and establishes a fee that the client can afford.
